We have an arrangement with Willie to deliver pigeons to different areas in S.A.
He has obtained a permit. R100 per pigeon incl. admin fee. 
DO NOT pay the transport fees as yet when invoices are received.
We shall make arrangement telephonically when we are ready to send pigeons out, and to make sure the clients fall within the deilivery areas.
